At Kapaas Gharana, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is made with care and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if your order doesn’t meet expectations due to damage or defect, we’re here to make it right.
📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item is physically damaged
- The item is defective or missing components
- The item is significantly different from what was shown or described on the product page
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues (when size was clearly mentioned), or minor color differences due to screen variations.
🎥 Important: Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To process any return or exchange, a complete unboxing video is required. This helps us verify the condition of the item and resolve issues swiftly. Without this, return requests will not be considered.
⏳ Return Window
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
📧 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@kapaasgharana.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- The full unboxing video
- Reason for return or exchange
- If your delivery is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery, click photos of the packaging, and email us immediately.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping must be done via a trackable courier service.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item must be returned in unused condition, with original tags (if applicable), labels, and packaging.
🏠 Return Address
We will provide the return address via email once your request is approved. Please do not ship any item without prior confirmation.
💸 Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and verified, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment. Please ensure secure packaging and tracking.
🔁 Exchanges
If the item is in stock, we’ll ship a replacement after the returned product passes our quality check. If not, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized products
- Items bought during final sale/clearance
- Products with hygiene considerations (e.g. bath linen) — unless damaged or defective
